Meet Bridget

Hi, I’m Bridget Goudelock, a Certified Integrative Health Practitioner, and I’m passionate about helping women, especially those in their 40s and beyond, rediscover their vitality, confidence, and sense of purpose.

A Lifetime of Struggle

For as long as I can remember, I’ve battled with female health issues and weight problems. Despite my persistent pain and frustration, doctors consistently told me it was just PMS, that it was all in my head, or that my symptoms were normal. I trusted their diagnoses, even when they felt off.

It wasn’t until years of enduring these challenges that I was finally diagnosed with stage IV endometriosis. The relief of having a name for my pain was overshadowed by the reality that a partial hysterectomy, which I hoped would solve my problems, did little to change my situation.

The Turning Point

Once I began to truly understand the profound impact that sleep and stress have on our bodies and minds, things started to change for me. I learned that without proper rest and stress management, even the best diet or exercise plan wouldn’t be enough.

I started implementing small, manageable changes—decluttering my space, creating a bedtime routine, prioritizing self-care, and reconnecting with my loved ones. Slowly but surely, I began to feel more energized, focused, and in control. The weight started to come off, not just physically, but emotionally and mentally as well.

Path to Empowerment

Does this resonate with you? If you’ve felt dismissed or unheard, don’t accept “normal” as the final answer. Trust yourself and seek out the answers you deserve. Your experiences are valid, and you deserve to find solutions that address your true needs.

I created this community and the Refresh & Reset Challenge to offer support and guidance to women who are navigating similar struggles. My goal is to help you reclaim your health, find balance, and achieve the life you deserve.

Thank you for being here. Let’s embark on this journey together and create a path to wellness and fulfillment.

XOXO,
Bridget
